Working with Nick Adam on purchasing my first home was the best decision I have ever made. I have had family and friends that have used him and had amazing experiences as well. He is extremely quick with communication and never hesitated to explain things multiple times, as it was my first time buying a home. I will never use anyone else besides Nick.

I've had the pleasure of working beside Nick Adam with Union Savings Bank for many real estate transactions since approximately 2015. When my clients make the decision to work with him, I know that they are in good hands. Nick is prompt in responding and is a great communicator. I trust him and know that he will do everything he can to ensure a positive mortgage experience from beginning to close.

We found Nick to be very helpful . He answered all of our questions, and was very thorough. We closed on time , and that was the biggest thing. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick or Union Savings Bank. It’s a great place to get a home loan.

If there was an option for ‘0’ stars, I would’ve selected that option. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with especially Nick Adam. First giving me an estimate for 3.62% and 10 days left to closing increased the interest to 4.25% knowing that there is no time left to go anywhere and extending for 2 weeks. With approved/excellent credit he could not close the mortgage loan in 45 days asking for another 2 weeks extension and having seller canceling the purchase contact not agreeing to the extension. Asking for already sent docs over and over, like 3 times for a copy of the drivers license that was sent to his email multiple times. And emailing me that he needs another 2 weeks extension a night before closing day. Does not return calls or replies to the text messages. I do not recommend anyone to work with this company.
      - 3/22/2022 - Nick Adam does a great job. We have used him several times over the years. He is very responsive, knowledgable and patient. We would recommend him to anyone who needs help with home financing.
