Cliff Zell is a con artist. Be aware , stay away from wholesale mortgage. All pertinent info wasn’t disclosed to me. I have two balloon notes due on my mortgages. First loan and second loan and none of this was disclosed by Cliff Zell prior to closing nor Did United Title disclose during closing. This has put me in a financial situation. Do your homework first because these people are scammers and it’s all about MONEY. No morals, no compassion, no ethics......nothing. One thing about they will have to meet their God one day.
